Chipped Beef on Rice, Darlene Purser Bair

1/2 cup rice
2 cups boiling water
3/4 tsp salt
cook 20 to 25 minutes

3/4 cup milk
1 1/8 tbsp fat
1 1/2 tbsp flour

1/4 cup chipped beef

Add chipped beef after making the white sauce. Serve on the rice.
