5 cups sugar
3 cups crushed berries
Stir well, and let sit for 20 minutes. While sitting mix separately:
1 cup cold water
1 pkg pectin
Bring to a boil for 1 minute. Stir in berries for 2 minutes, put into containers and let stand for 24 hours before freezing.

Frozen Strawberry & Peach, Darlene Purser Bair
1 cup strawberries
1 1/4 cup peaches
2 tbsp lemon juice
4 1/2 cups sugar
Mix all together in a bowl to dissolve sugar. Boil 3/4 cup water and 1 pkg of Sure Jell for 1 minute. Add to fruit and stir in for 3 minutes. Let set in bottles for 24 hours, then freeze.

1 small can crushed pineapple
Mix all together and boil 12 minutes. Take off stove, add 1 pkg strawberry jello. Stir well, put in fridge or freezer.
