Thousand Island Dressing, Darlene Purser Bair
chili sauce
miracle whip
milk (to thin mixture)
Mix amounts of ingredients to taste.

Cole Slaw Dressing, Darlene Purser Bair
3/4 cup oil
3/4 cup vinegar
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp celery seed
1 tbsp salt
Mix and store in fridge, use on shredded cabbage and carrots.

Oil Dressing, Darlene Purser Bair
1 cup oil
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp salt
1 cup vinegar
1/2 tsp celery seed
1/2 tsp black pepper
Mix together and mix with mixer.

1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp dry mustard
Mix together and bring to a boil. Pour slowly over one well beaten egg. Return to stove and cook until it thickens slightly. Cool. Mix with equal parts of mayonnaise and stir into shredded cabbage. I put some shredded carrot and about 1 or 2 tbsp of finely shredded onion on it.

Acini Di PePe Salad, Darlene Purser Bair
1/2 pkg PePe macaroni (cooked tender)
1 cup water
2 tbsp flour
1 3/4 cup pineapple juice
2 eggs (beaten)
Cook sauce over medium heat until thick. Mix with macaroni and let stand overnight.
Add:
1 pkg cool whip
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 small can tidbits pineapple
2 cans mandarin oranges
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 cup water
2 tbsp flour
1 3/4 cup pineapple juice

2 small packages lime jello
1 quart small curd cottage cheese
1 small can pineapple (crushed)
1 large cool whip
Add to cottage cheese the dry jello and stir well. Then add the pineapple. Last the cool whip. Stir well and put in refrigerator a few minutes. It sets up real fast. Add nuts if desire. Serves 10-12.

Jello Salad, Georgia Robinson Bair
1 pkg lime jello
1 pkg lemon jello
1 cup boiling water
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 tsp vinegar or lemon juice
Mix and let sit until jiggly, then add:
1 cup cooled sego milk whipped
whip set jello
3/4 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup salad dressing

Blend together and let stand in refrigerator for a few hours.
