Rice Pudding, Abbie (Hyde) Purser


2/3 cup rice (cook in water)
1/2 tsp salt (add to rice to cook)
2 3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup sugar
2 slightly beaten eggs
1 tsp vanilla

Mix rice and other ingredients in casserole dish. Sprinkle cinnamon over it before putting it in the oven. Bake at 375` for 30 minutes or until set.
