Sugared Peanuts, Darlene Purser Bair

2 cups peanuts
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water

Boil together on low temperature until dry and sugary. Sprinkle a little salt. Spread on cookie sheet and bake 1 hour at 300`, stir once.
