3 cups sugar
2 eggs
6 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cloves
1 cup thick applesauce
1/2 cup nuts
Mix as usual, put soda in with flour and etc. Chill good. Slice and bake on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375` for 10 minutes.
