Fluffy Frosting, Darlene Purser Bair

2 egg whites, unbeaten
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup light corn syrup
2 tbsp water
1/4 tsp cream of tarter
1/4 tsp salt

Mix all ingredients in top of double boiler until they are mixed thoroughly. Place over boiling water and beat with beater until frosting stands in peaks. Remove from heat and beat a few more minutes.
