Ice Cream, Darlene Purser Bair

1 1/2 cup sugar
1 pint milk (scald)

Mix together:
3 eggs
1 1/2 tbsp heaping flour
3 tbsp vanilla
1 tsp lemon extract
1 shake salt
Put in freezer
1 can sego milk
1 carton cream
fill with milk

Makes 4 quarts.
