Chili Sauce, Arlene

8 quarts tomatoes
3 cups green peppers ground
2 cups onions ground
3 cups sugar
6 cups vinegar
1/2 cup salt
3 tsp cinnamon
3 tsp ginger
2 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp cloves

Boil for 3 hours.

1 cup apples ground

Bottle and seal.
