Chocolate Frosting, Darlene Purser Bair

2 cups powdered sugar
5 tbsp cocoa powder
dash of salt
3 tbsp butter melted
4 tbsp cream
1/2 tsp vanilla

Beat until smooth and creamy, spread on cookies.
