Salmon Patties, Darlene Purser Bair

1 can salmon
1/4 cup milk
2 eggs (don't beat)
pepper and salt
1 1/2 dozen saltine crackers (crumbled)
1 rounded tbsp flour

If too juicy add more crackers. Mix all together. Fry, and serve.
