Fluffy White Cake Frosting, Darlene Purser Bair

1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup white syrup
2 tbsp water

Boil until spins 6 to 8 inch thread. Beat 2 egg whites until they stand in peak. Pour hot syrup over egg whites. Blend until mixture stands in peaks, then add 1/2 tsp vanilla.
