Banana Pie Filling, Darlene Purser Bair

Beat 2 egg yolks, add 2/3 cup sugar and 2 tbsp cornstarch. Mix thoroughly and add 2 cups milk and 2 tsp vanilla. Cook until thick, add bananas. Makes 2 pies.
