Hot Rolls, Darlene Purser Bair

Dissolve 2 yeast cakes in 1/2 cup warm water. Add three beaten eggs. Heat 1/2 cup sugar, 1 cube butter, 1 cup milk and t teaspoon salt until just warm. Add melted mixture to eggs and yeast. Add 5 cups sifted flour and whip with a fork. Let raise once or twice if you have time. Shape as desired, let raise and bake at 400` for 10 minutes.
