Dissolve:
2 pkg yeast
1 cup water
1 tbsp sugar
Combine:
1/2 lb shortening
1/2 lb butter or margarine
1 pint milk
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
2 cups flour
Mix like bread. Roll 1/4 or less of the dough. Cut out like biscuits. Let raise a little. Bake until light brown, cut in half, remove the center dough. Put back on pan and bake again until desired color. Bake at 415`
