Salsa Sauce, Darlene Purser Bair

30 large tomatoes
5 medium onions
5 jalapeno peppers
5 anaheim peppers
2 red peppers
2 green peppers
1/2 cup non-iodized salt
3/4 cup cider vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
1 tbsp garlic salt

Cook five hours or a little longer until thick as you want it. Process 30 minutes.
