Wakey Cake, Darlene Purser Bair

18 cups flour
12 cups sugar
2 cups cocoa
3 tbsp baking soda
2 tbsp salt

Mix together, add:

12 cups water
12 tbsp vinegar
4 1/2 cups salad oil
5 tbsp vanilla

Mix and bake in slightly greased pan at 350` for 20-25 minutes.

Variations:

Lemon cake - leave out cocoa and vanilla, then add:
2 tbsp lemon extract
1 tsp yellow coloring
1 cup more flour

White cake - leave out cocoa, then add:
1 cup more flour
5 tbsp more vanilla
