Cinnamon Bread, Darlene Purser Bair

7 2/3 cups flour
2 pkg yeast in 1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup warm water
3 handfuls raisins
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cinnamon
2 eggs (beaten)
2/3 cups dry milk
1/2 cup melted shortening or oil

Mix like bread. Raise double in bulk. Make into loafs and let raise. Bake. Cover loafs with paper bag the last 20 minutes while baking so they won't burn. Bake at 350` for 45 minutes.
